RESEARCHING THEORETICALLY AND PRACTICALLY OF THE PROCESS OF MOVING THE COTTON BY AIR TO THE PIPES OF THE CARRIER DEVICE

Abstract
In this article, results of the theoretical and practical are described. The comprehensively analyzes the scientific research on the transfer of cotton to an air-assisted carrier. Based on the results of theory and practical work, the theoretical basis of the process of transferring cotton to an air-assisted carrier device was created. When transmitting raw materials to the starting part of the pipe of the carrier device using air at different starting speeds, the movement trajectories of cotton in the distance to the pipe and inside the pipe were determined. In this case, it is theoretically proven that cotton moves in the initial part of the pipe and gradually moves into the rectilinear movement.
