CHARACTERISTICS OF STRIPING COTTON CROP FROM THE SPINDLES OF A VERTICAL-SPINDLE COTTON HARVESTER WITH THEIR DIFFERENT KINEMATIC REGIMES
R. Olimjonov, S. Ravutov
Abstract
This article discusses the solutions to the problem of increasing the efficiency of cotton extraction from the spindles of vertical-spindle devices. The possibility of increasing the action time of the striper in cotton wrapping during cotton removal from the spindles using an elliptic spindle drum based on a planetary-grip mechanism is shown. Universal analytical expressions were obtained to determine the limit and time of interaction between the spindle and the spindle with elliptical and circular trajectories of the spindle, and a comparative analysis of the field operation of the cotton-picking machine was carried out in a numerical experiment. Picking cotton from spindles. Some advantages have been shown in the operation of the elliptical drum in the removal zone. In order to more objectively assess the effect of the size of the joints of the elliptical drum mechanism on the efficiency of removing cotton from the spindles, it is necessary to carry out research in the direction of determining the effect of these parameters on the size. Spindle surface processing area by the stripper.
