Abstract
The article examines the history of personnel training in the field of water management in the Kashkadarya region, one of the largest regions of Uzbekistan in terms of territory. The work carried out to train and improve the skills of personnel is documented on the basis of archival documents. It is based on the creativity of a generation of irrigators and meliorators.
